🛒 Ordering with Confidence

💰 Pricing & Availability

  • All prices listed on our website are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • Womenvastra reserves the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded.

🚫 Order Cancellation & Refusals

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled by the customer after they have been processed or shipped.

  • In rare cases, if cancellation is accepted upon request, transaction charges (payment gateway fees, bank deductions, etc.) will be borne by the customer.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to suspicious activity, incorrect pricing, or incomplete information.

🚚 Delivery Terms

  • We work hard to meet delivery timelines, but delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, strikes, or natural disasters.

  • We are not liable for early or late deliveries beyond our control, and no compensation will be provided in such cases.

  • Incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by customers may result in failed deliveries. Any additional cost for redelivery will be charged to the customer.

🔄 Returns & Claims

  • Claims regarding damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We require a clear parcel-opening video for verification. Claims without proper proof will not be accepted.

  • No disputes or complaints will be entertained beyond the 2-day post-delivery period.
