Return & Exchange Policy

At Womenvastra, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to make your return or exchange process as smooth as possible.

✅ Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

  1. Items received in damaged, defective, or broken condition.

  2. Return/exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  3. A parcel opening video is mandatory for any return/exchange claims. Claims without video proof will not be entertained.

🚚 How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 79848 75115 or email at contact.womenvastra@gmail.com with your order number and concern within 2 days of delivery.

  2. The return/exchange shipment should be sent by the customer via a reliable courier. We recommend using India Post (Speed Post) for cost-effective service.

  3. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. We do not provide reverse pickups by default.

📌 Important Guidelines:

  • Requests after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

  • Customized or stitched items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Once your return is approved, dispatch the item within 2 working days and share the tracking ID via WhatsApp.

  • Return items must be in unused condition, with tags, original packaging, and the order slip enclosed.

  • Returns sent without prior approval or after the window will not be accepted.

  • Refunds will be processed only after the product is received and inspected by our team.

💸 Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received.

  • Refunds are transferred via UPI or bank transfer (NEFT). Please include your UPI ID or bank details (account number and IFSC code) along with the parcel.

💡 Additional Charges & Info:

  • In case of prepaid returns, forward shipping charges (₹100–₹150) will be deducted based on parcel weight.

  • For orders with multiple products, only one item per order will be accepted for return or refund.

  • If you wish to opt for reverse pickup (if available) by Womenvastra, charges range between ₹150–₹250, depending on location and parcel weight.

  • Exchange handling fee: ₹100
